Terms
These terms cover this site, its waitlist and the pace24 app at app.pace24.app. By joining the waitlist or using the app you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

Who we are
pace24 is a project of Houthoofd Digital (Lukas Houthoofd), Peperstraat 24, 9800 Deinze, Belgium. VAT BE 1038.483.186. For anything on this page, write to lukas@houthoofddigital.be.
Early access
pace24 is in early access. Features change, some are unfinished, and things will sometimes break. We may change or stop the service, or end early access, and we will email you before we do.
Early access is by invitation. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place.
Price
Early access is free. If pace24 ever charges, you will see the price and agree to it before you pay anything. Nothing changes into a paid plan on its own.
Your account
One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can stop at any time: write to lukas@houthoofddigital.be and we delete your account and its data, as the app privacy page describes.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, read other athletes’ data, or scrape it.
Coaching is advice, and the call is yours
pace24 suggests training from your data and what you tell it. It is not a doctor and not medical advice. You decide what you train. If you are ill, injured or in pain, see a doctor before you train.
The coach’s answers are written by an AI model and can be wrong. The numbers it reads come from your devices and the services you connect, which can be wrong too.
Your data and other services
Your training data stays yours. How we handle it is set out in the privacy pages: the waitlist privacy page and the app privacy page.
When you connect Garmin, Wahoo or intervals.icu, their own terms apply to them as well. pace24 is not affiliated with them, and their names appear only to show compatibility.
Liability
We build pace24 with care but provide it as it is, without promising it is always available or free of errors. To the extent Belgian law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that the law does not let us exclude.
Law and disputes
Belgian law applies. Write to us first and we will try to sort it out. If we cannot, the courts of Ghent have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection the law of the country you live in gives you as a consumer.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters for how you use pace24, we will email you before it applies.
